As a support agent, you would often see multiple customers raising tickets related to one common problem or a root cause. HappyFox lets you manage such problem tickets using the “Add related ticket” feature. This way once the problem is fixed every affected customer can be easily notified of the fix.
1. To start using this feature, login to your help desk system and click on Tickets tab. Click on a ticket to navigate to its Ticket Details page.
2. Click on the ‘Add Related Ticket’ link. In the dialog box that appears, search for the ticket using its ID and click “Add as related”.
3. Once you add the related tickets, they will appear in the “Related Tickets” section at the bottom of the ticket details page.
