Access Support Center and Customer Portal

The HappyFox Support Center is where your end users or contacts can login and interact with your help desk system.

 

The URL "[your domain name].happyfox.com" or the custom domain you have set up (without the /staff), takes you to the HappyFox Support Center which also hosts the login link for end users.

  

 

Once a contact logs in to their account via the Support Center login page, they will be taken to their customer panel.

 

In the customer panel -

  • Viewing tickets: Here the contact can view the tickets they have raised and add a response to a ticket. The contact can also submit queries to help desk via tickets.
  • Links to KB & Forums: They can also access Knowledge Base or Forums by clicking Knowledge Base/Forums link in the header section of the Support Center page.
  • My Settings: They can also configure their account settings by clicking My Settings in the header section of the page which will take them to their account settings page where the contact can edit the basic information such as name and email address, choose the preferred language and set the timezone
, change their password 
and manage which notification emails they would like to receive.

 

 

 

Note: For customizing the support center, login to the staff portal, go to Manage >> General >> Support Center settings.
