How to auto add Cc recipients to your billing emails

HappyFox lets you add multiple Cc recipients for all your transactional emails. You can add both agent and non-agent email IDs to this list. You can choose to remove these email IDs later as you wish.

Note: This feature is now available only for HappyFox accounts which has a credit card payment method. By default, your account administrator will receive all billing-related emails.

Guide to add Cc recipients to all transactional emails:

Permission Alert 🔐: You would need "Manage Billing" permission to access this page.
  • Log in to HappyFox as an agent.
  • Navigate to "Billing" from the module switcher.
  • Under the plan details page, click "Customize" link adjacent to the current plan.
  • In the billing information page, scroll down to "Email Recipients" section.
  • Add Cc recipients separated by commas.
  • Click "Update Emails".
