How do I download invoices for my plan subscription? print icon

You can download digitally generated, pdf based, invoice copies for your HappyFox subscription payments from the billing section.

🔐 Invoice download option is available for Account Administrator and agents with "Manage Billing" permission.

Steps to download your subscription invoices:

  • Log in to HappyFox Agent Portal.
  • Open the module switcher and navigate to "Billing".

  • In the Billing page, you can find all the information related to your current HappyFox subscription.
  • In the invoices section, click "View All".

  • In the subsequent page, you will see a list of all your payments to HappyFox with a description and the amount paid.

  • Click on the "generate pdf" link to download ⬇️ a pdf version of your invoice.
Warning ⚠️ : It's compulsory for the Billing address details to be filled and saved for the administrator to be able to download the invoice. Without this, the user will see errors when they click on the Generate PDF link.
