How do I check the status of a ticket as a customer?

To verify the status of tickets raised by you or anyone from your organization do the following:

1. Login to the support center.

2. By default you will see all the tickets raised by you and your colleagues in your organization.

3. To filter tickets by status, click on the one of the status names on the top menu.

4. This filters the tickets based on the status and shows to you a trimmed down list of tickets.
