Assist AI provides you an interface where agents can add answers to popular questions. The content added here will be considered as a knowledge source for Assist AI.
In the channels where Assist AI is configured, the bot will intelligently suggest answers based upon the user query and the knowledge source available.
- Go to the Apps section in your Slack Workspace.
- Click Assist AI.
- You would see the Home tab shown by default.
- Click the button - "Manage Answers".
- Note: Only Agents will be able to see this option.
- You would see the list of existing Answers if already added.
- Click the button + Add Answer.
- Enter Title and Message.
- Click Save Answer.
