Configure answers to automatically respond to user queries

Assist AI provides you an interface where agents can add answers to popular questions. The content added here will be considered as a knowledge source for Assist AI.


In the channels where Assist AI is configured, the bot will intelligently suggest answers based upon the user query and the knowledge source available.


Configuration Steps:

  • Go to the Apps section in your Slack Workspace.
  • Click Assist AI.
  • You would see the Home tab shown by default.
  • Click the button - "Manage Answers".
    • Note: Only Agents will be able to see this option.
  • You would see the list of existing Answers if already added.
  • Click the button + Add Answer.
  • Enter Title and Message.
  • Click Save Answer.
