The “More Actions” feature on the ticket details page allows you to perform additional ticket actions such as:
- Clone
- Create new related ticket
- Merge Ticket
- Forward Ticket
- Change Contact
- Relate Tickets
- Trigger Suryvey
- Delete Ticket
Note: The list of options may differ based on the Role Access for the individual Staff
