MeisterTask is a web-based work management and task management software designed to help individuals and teams organize, track, and collaborate on tasks and projects efficiently. With MeisterTask, you can easily track tasks, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure that team members stay aligned on project progress.
The integration between HappyFox Helpdesk and MeisterTask allows your agents to:

Create a new MeisterTask task directly from a Helpdesk ticket.

Link an existing MeisterTask task to a Helpdesk ticket.

Configuring HappyFox to Connect to MeisterTask

Log in to HappyFox and navigate to the Apps module.

Either search for MeisterTask or navigate to the Project Management category to find the MeisterTask app.

Click on the MeisterTask tile and select Install.

To integrate your Trello account with HappyFox Help Desk, click the Link MesiterTask Account button.

You will be redirected to authorize your MesiterTask account to enable this integration.

After authorization, you will be redirected back to HappyFox, confirming that the MeisterTask integration is successfully configured.
Creating a New MeisterTask task
Once the MesiterTask integration is set up, a new section will appear on the ticket detail page in HappyFox Helpdesk.

Open the ticket in HappyFox Helpdesk.

In the right pane, under the MeisterTask section, you will see the placeholder message: "No Meister Task is associated to this ticket."

Click on the Create button.
- Select the Project and Section where you want to create the MeisterTask task.

The task name and description will be pre-filled with details from the HappyFox Helpdesk ticket.

Once the task is created, it will be visible in the right pane of the HappyFox Helpdesk ticket.

Clicking on the popover icon will take you directly to the respective MeisterTask task.
Linking an Existing MeisterTask task
To link an existing MeisterTask task to a HappyFox Helpdesk ticket:

Open the ticket in HappyFox Helpdesk.

Click on the Link button in the MeisterTask section.

Select the Project and Section name, then enter the Task ID to list the task

Click the Link Task button.

The linked task will be displayed in the right pane of the HappyFox Helpdesk ticket.
Unlinking an Existing MeisterTask Link
To unlink a MeisterTask card from a HappyFox Helpdesk ticket:

Open the ticket in HappyFox Helpdesk.

Click on the Unlink button.

Confirm by clicking the Unlink Task button again.
Unlinking MeisterTask Account
To unlink your MeisterTask account from HappyFox Helpdesk:

Navigate to the Apps module in HappyFox Helpdesk.

Open the Manage page for the MeisterTask integration.

Click on Unlink MeisterTask Account.
Permissions Required
You must have the Manage Apps Settings permission in HappyFox Helpdesk to configure the MeisterTask integration.
