Overview of Asset Details Page

The Asset Details page is structured as follows

Asset Details Card

The card provides a simple as well as quick view on the various properties of an asset in a simple card format. Below are the details that will be displayed in the card, 

1. Asset Name

2. Display ID
   Asset Status with color code

3. Managed By

   1. Team

   2. Assignment Group

   3. Agent

4. Used by [Requester Info]

Tabs

Activity Tab

The complete audit log of the changes done or happened related to the asset will be available here

• Owner: The admin who performed the action
• Date and Time: The timestamp of when the change or update happened.
• Update details: The list of asset properties updated and its details
• Action tag: Action performed. E.g Create, Update, etc.

Related Information - Sections

All the asset properties will be listed this section.

• Used By Name and Email will be displayed in a separate section in the right side.

• Asset standard and custom field values will be displayed in the Asset Information section in the right side.

Actions

Edit 

• Clicking on the edit button on top of the card will display the Edit Asset right panel

• You can make the required changes and save it.

• All changes done will be recorded in the Activity tab

Delete

• Clicking on the More Actions > Delete on top of the card will display the Edit Asset right panel

• A confirmation popover will be displayed with the following message.

• Tickets associated to this asset will be removed upon deletion and this action cannot be reversed.
