Connecting to HappyFox Helpdesk Knowledge Base in Assist AI

Assist AI is a conversational AI and ticketing tool that can reside within Slack and MS Teams. It can help deflect questions from employees by suggesting relevant answers from the added knowledge source. This article explains the steps to integrate Assist AI with the HappyFox Helpdesk Knowledge Base to deflect employee queries.

 

Pre-requisite:

 

For Slack users: You should be an Assist AI admin to complete the installation of Assist AI on Slack

For Teams users: You should be a Global admin on Teams to complete the installation of Assist AI on Teams

Integrate Assist AI with HappyFox helpdesk ticketing system

 

 

Testing HappyFox Helpdesk Knowledge Base in Assist AI:

 

  • Open your Slack / Teams Workspace Apps Assist AI

  • Click on the Messages tab

  • Enter a question

  • Assist AI suggests a relevant answer for the same from the HappyFox Helpdesk Knowledge Base that has just been configured.

You have now successfully deflected a query using the HappyFox Helpdesk Knowledge Base integration in Assist AI.
