Assist AI is a conversational AI and ticketing tool that can reside within Slack and MS Teams. It can help deflect questions from employees by suggesting relevant answers from the added knowledge sources. This article explains the steps for an Assist AI admin to install Assist AI on Slack.
Installation of Assist AI on Slack:

Go to your Slack Workspace

Click the Apps section on the left pane

Click on Add Apps

Search for Assist AI

Click Add

You will now be directed to the Assist AI's Slack App Directory

Now click on the Add to Slack button

Assist AI will now request access to your Slack Workspace. Choose the appropriate Slack workspace from the drop-down on the top right and then click Allow.

You are now one step away from logging in to the Assist AI Dashboard. Click on Sign in with Slack

You will then be directed to the Assist AI Admin Dashboard page

You can now configure the knowledge sources and ticketing system integrations from within the dashboard

Go to your Slack workspace now to see Assist AI inside the Slack → Apps section

The installation of Assist AI on Slack has now been successfully completed.
