Searching KB articles from Slack:
- Use the Slash command
/happyfox search_kb [keyword]to search for external KBs. - A minimum of two characters is mandatory for search results to populate.
- Up to 10 public articles will be shown for a given keyword.
- The article search results can be seen only by the Slack user who entered the search command.
- Articles in the search results are hyperlinked to their respective support center URLs.
