HappyFox-Slack integration enables you to search external knowledge base articles present in your help desk from your Slack application.

Searching KB articles from Slack:

• Use the Slash command /happyfox search_kb [keyword] to search for external KBs.
• A minimum of two characters is mandatory for search results to populate.
• Up to 10 public articles will be shown for a given keyword.
• The article search results can be seen only by the Slack user who entered the search command. 
• Articles in the search results are hyperlinked to their respective support center URLs.
