Overview of Billing Portal

HappyFox Billing Portal is a secure way for admins to view the current plan subscription details, access past invoices, and add credit card details.

Note: If you are getting an error when you click Billing then please first switch to the new HappyFox experience, steps outlined here, and then try again.

Navigating to your HappyFox Billing Portal

Permission Alert: Only Agents with "Manage Billing" permission will be able to access the Billing portal.

Log in to the HappyFox Agent portal.
Go to Main Menu > Manage > Billing
You'll be redirected to the Billing portal in a new tab.

Viewing your Subscription Details

The Billing portal provides you detailed information on your current HappyFox Subscription. Visit "HappyFox Help Desk" under Subscription in the left navigation.

Key information about your subscription are displayed:

Billing Cycle
Current Plan
No. of Help Desk agents (if you're on per-agent plan)
Next Billing Amount
Account Name

Managing your HappyFox Billing

Admins can perform billing-related actions like changing billing addresses, downloading invoices & paid receipts and adding credit card details through the billing portal.
