How to add a credit card on your subscription?

This guide explains how to add a credit card to your HappyFox subscription. Adding, or deleting a credit card does not automatically change the account used for automatic recurring payments. Please visit subscriptions section to activate/update subscriptions.

Permission Alert 🔐: Only Account Administrators and agents with "Manage Billing" Permission can visit the billing page and add a credit card.

Step-by-step instructions to add your credit card:

  1. Log in to the agent portal.
  2. Click Billing from the Module Switcher.
  3. Navigate to the "Credit Card" section from the left navigation.
  4. Click "+" button to add a new card.
  5. Specify info like cardholder name, card number, expiry date, CVV, and Pincode (if required).
  6. Check the "Set as default" checkbox if you want this card to be the default card for your subscription.
  7. Accept the "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" and click "Save" to add a credit card. 

 

 

Deleting a saved credit card or making a credits card as default

 

Once you have successfully added a credit card to your subscription, you can delete it or make them as default through the actions available.
