Subscription Changes - Downgrade

You can make use of the HappFox Billing Portal to downgrade to a lower pricing plan or reduce your agent count. If you're looking to upgrade your plan or increase agent count, visit this link.

 

Note 📝: The self-serve downgrade actions are available only on Credit Card paying subscriptions. If you're using other forms of payment, please contact "billing@happyfox.com".

 

To perform these changes, navigate to your Billing Portal, visit your HappyFox Subscription details and click "Customize" adjacent to the Current plan. In the subsequent slider, you will be able to decrease your agent count and/or pricing plan. Billing term downgrade is currently not supported  (annual to monthly).

All plan downgrades and agent count reductions are always scheduled for the next billing cycle and are not instantaneous.

 

Canceling a scheduled downgrade

 

You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before the billing cycle date. To do this, navigate to your billing portal, visit your HappyFox Subscription details and cancel the scheduled change. Canceling a scheduled change will not incur any costs if done before the billing cycle date.

 

 

Important Note: Please make sure any downgrade changes (e.g reduction in agent count) are in effect (inside Manage >> Agents >> Active) before the scheduled plan change goes live. If this is not done, then the downgrade will not be processed at the time of billing.
