How to update billing and shipping address on your subscription?

Need to update your billing address or shipping address for your HappyFox subscription? You can do it from the HappyFox billing section.

Permission Alert 🔐: Only Account Administrators and agents with "Manage Billing" Permission can visit the billing page and update the billing/shipping address.

Step-by-step instructions to update your billing/shipping address:

  1. Log in to the agent portal.
  2. Click Billing from the Module Switcher.
  3. Navigate to the "Billing Details" section from the left navigation.
  4. Click "Change" next to Billing Details.
  5. Update your shipping address and fill in the relevant information.
  6. If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, check the relevant checkbox. Else, uncheck and modify your billing address as well.
  7. Agree to the "Terms and Conditions" by selecting the check box and click on "Save" to update the billing/shipping address.
