How to download invoices and receipts?

You can download digitally generated, pdf-based, invoices and receipts for your HappyFox subscription payments from the billing section.

Permission Alert 🔐: Only Account Administrators and agents with "Manage Billing" Permission can download invoices and receipts.

Steps to download your subscription invoices and receipts:

1. Log in to HappyFox Agent Portal.
2. Open the module switcher and navigate to "Billing".
3. Navigate to the "Invoices" section from the left navigation.
   
4. Click the relevant row entries under the "Invoices" column to download invoices.
5. Click the pop-out link under the "Receipt" column to download receipts. You will be redirected to a new page with the option to download the receipt among other details. (refer below image)

Note: If you need to download any past (prior to August 2021) invoice and you don't find it in the billing portal, then please contact [email protected].
