You can easily share the reports created within HappyFox BI using the Invite User feature. Users can edit as well as add a new visualization to your account. A client on the other hand can only view the reports.
Adding Users:
- Navigate to Manage --> User Management
- Click on the "Add" button next to the "Manage Users" title. This open the Add Users window on the right.
- In the Email field, enter the email id of the User who needs access to your HappyFox BI account.
- Select "User" as the Role.
- In the Reports field, Select the specific reports to which you would want the user to have access to.
- Click on "Invite" to send an invite to the user.
The user now receives a registration link to his mail id. The user needs to click on the registration link in the mail to be activated as a user in the BI account.
