Inside the reply or private note editor, Tab is meant to cycle through ticket properties (status, priority, and similar fields), time spent, tags, and the Add Reply or Add Private Note button.
Ticket list page
These shortcuts are documented for card view, where a highlighted ticket shows a thin blue margin around its card.

| Arrow up / down | Highlights the ticket above or below the currently highlighted one. |
| Space | Opens quick preview of the highlighted ticket. |
| Escape | Closes quick preview. |
| Enter | Opens the highlighted ticket's details page. |
