Once you signup for your HappyFox Helpdesk, you will be provided a HappyFox Helpdesk account URL. Here are a couple of ways in which you can find it.
Browser URL
If you are already logged into your HappyFox Helpdesk portal, refer to the webpage URL in your browser. It would be in the format https://{example}.happyfox.com
HappyFox Website
1. Visit the URL https://www.happyfox.com/login/
2. If you have forgotten your account name Click the link as shown
3. Enter your registered email address and click Submit
You would receive the account URL in the email.
Custom domain module
If you have setup custom domain for your HappyFox account, navigate to Manage > Custom Domain module
You would be able to find your HappyFox Account URL
