Using Keyboard Shortcuts in HappyFox

HappyFox lets you cruise through your agent portal using keyboard shortcuts. Keyboard shortcuts help expedite the support process, saving you some precious time!

In HappyFox New, you can perform some of the basic ticketing actions right using keyboard shortcuts.

Ticket List Page:

Thin blue margins around a ticket card indicates that the ticket is highlighted.

Shortcut

Action

Arrow UP/Down

Highlight ticket above or below currently Highlighted Ticket

Space

Opens Quick Preview of Highlighted Ticket

Escape

Exits Quick Preview of Highlighted Ticket.

Enter

Opens Ticket Details of Highlighted Ticket.

Note: These shortcuts work only in ticket card-view.

Opens reply editor

P

Opens private note editor

Tab

Only works inside reply/private note editor:
Circles through

  • Ticket Properties (Status, Priority etc.)

  • Time Spent.

  • Tags.

  • Add Reply/Private Note button & press Enter to add update.
