Landing page is the desired page that you are automatically taken to every time you login.
1. To change the landing page, login to your staff account and click on My Settings link at the top right corner.
2. Under Basic Info, choose the page from the Landing Page drop-down box.
3. You can choose from predefined views like Dashboard, My Queue, Pending Tickets page or All Tickets page. You can also choose to land on specific status tickets.
If you have saved searches, you can choose one of your saved searches as your default landing page.
Click Update Profile to confirm your change.
