Set the landing page
 for agents

Landing page is the desired page that you are automatically taken to every time you log in.

  • To set the landing page, log in to your agent account and click on My Settings link at the top right corner.
  • Under Ticket Preference, choose the page from the Landing Page drop-down box.
  • You can choose from predefined views like My Queue, Pending Tickets page or All Tickets page. You can also choose to land on specific ticket statuses.
