Adding HappyFox Chat to Your Support Center

With Chat Increasingly becoming a popular choice for customers - with faster and quicker resolution on their support queries, adding the HappyFox Chat widget to your Support Center is the perfect way to cater to customer support queries through chat.

Adding HappyFox Chat Widget to your Support Portal:

  • If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for a HappyFox Chat account.
  • Go to the HappyFox Chat dashboard.
  • Follow the steps listed here to get the widget code. Copy the code to the clipboard.
  • Log in to HappyFox helpdesk, Go to Support Center >> Code Customizations >> Custom Javascript/HTML.
  • Paste the contents of the clipboard and hit " Save" and "Publish".
