Adding HappyFox Chat to Your Support Center

HappyFox Helpdesk has always aspired to make communication between you and your users better and more effective. With Chat Increasingly becoming a popular choice for customers - with faster and quicker resolution on their support queries, adding the HappyFox Chat widget to your Support Center is the perfect way to cater to customer support queries through chat.

Adding HappyFox Chat Widget to your Support Portal:

  • If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for a HappyFox Chat account.
  • Go to the HappyFox Chat dashboard.
  • Inside HappyFox Chat, Go to Manage >> Installation.
  • Click to Copy the "HappyFox Live Chat Script".

  • Log in to HappyFox helpdesk, Go to Manage >> Account Settings >> Support Center Settings >> Support Center Custom Javascript/HTML.
  • Paste the contents of the clipboard and hit " Save Settings".
