Empty Requested Agents usually points to an access, scope, configuration, dependency, timing, or data issue.

Check whether requests exist

  1. Open Autopilot > Requested Agents.
  2. Confirm your team has submitted at least one custom AI Agent request.
  3. Clear filters or search terms if the page supports filtering.

Check the request path

  1. Use Requested Agents only for custom AI Agent requests.
  2. Use Home for marketplace AI Agents and Hired Agents for deployed AI Agents.

Confirm the fix

Submit a custom request only when no marketplace AI Agent fits the support task.
