Empty Hired Agents usually points to an access, scope, configuration, dependency, timing, or data issue.
Check whether any AI Agents are deployed
- Open Autopilot > Home and confirm an AI Agent has been hired.
- If your team has not hired an AI Agent yet, choose a marketplace AI Agent and select Hire Agent.
Check access and filters
- Confirm your staff role can view hired AI Agents.
- Clear search terms or filters on Hired Agents.
- Refresh the page after another admin deploys an AI Agent.
Confirm the fix
After a successful deployment, return to Hired Agents to confirm the AI Agent appears.
