HappyFox Workflows allows you to automatically set values for custom fields of tickets and contacts present in HappyFox Help Desk.
Prerequisite
- The workflow should have been created in HappyFox Workflows.
- Required custom fields created in HappyFox Help Desk
- Webhook Set Up to be completed in HappyFox Workflows.
Please refer to corresponding articles if you need help with the prerequisite steps.
Steps to be followed.
- Log in to HappyFox Workflows.
- Open the required workflow.
- Click ‘+’ to add an action.
- Select Set Ticket Custom fields (or Set Contact Custom fields).
- Fill the values for the workflow action parameters in the right pane.
- Ticket ID - Choose the ticket id from the event.
- In the Ticket Custom fields section, search and select the field for which the value needs to be set.
Next, indicate the value for this custom field. This can be either static or dynamic.
The value gets set to the custom field when the workflow is triggered.
