Attach files to a ticket

To attach files to a ticket during ticket creation or when responding to a ticket follow the below steps:

1. Login to your HappyFox account and navigate to your tickets page.
Click on the ticket to go to its ticket details page.

2. Here, click the Add Update button.

3. Click on "Attach a File" and choose the file you wish to attach. If you want to attach more files, click on the Attach a File link again.

Please note you can attach files upto 25MB per update. Attach any number of files to an update, but the cumulative size of the attached files should not exceed 25 MB. We support all kind of file formats.

4. When you are done, click Update Ticket to add files to the ticket. Similarly, you can also attach files while creating a new ticket.
