You can export your HappyFox contacts through reports to a .csv or .xls file.
1. To do this, first login to your HappyFox account and click the “Reports” tab. Click on New Report. Create an empty report with no conditions specified.
2. Then on the report details page, select the timeline that includes all the tickets, for example, “Year to date”.
3. Click on the customer activity icon. You will get to see all your customers along with their statistics. Some names might be blank, the reason being only their email id is stored in contact information and not the name.
4. Click “Export: csv/excel” link to export your contacts.
Note : This export will only have contacts those who have existing tickets in the HappyFox system.
