New Features:

  1. Auto BCC an email address to always receive a copy of notifications sent from HappyFox. Read article
  2. Agents will be logged out if there's no activity recorded for 24 hours. Read article

Bug Fixes:

  1. A fix to address winmail.dat issue in Outlook attachments.
  2. Performance improvements in reports.
  3. Fixed: Satisfaction survey was not counting surveys triggered due to ticket closure by Smart Rules.
  4. Other minor bug fixes.
