Change Contact/Raise by of the Ticket

HappyFox allows you to change the contact associated with the ticket.

1. Click open the desired ticket.

2. Click More Actions and select Change Contact.

                                                               (in HappyFox)

                                                            (in HappyFox New)

3. This will take you to the 'Change Ticket Contact' window, where you can either look up for an existing contact or create new contact.

4. To save the changes, click on 'Change'. The raised will now be changed to a new contact.
