When a new ticket is created in Support center, a success message is shown in the support center as shown below:
If you wanted to show a different message instead of the default one like above, you can do it by going to Manage >> General >> Support Center Settings and add the message under 'Custom message after new ticket creation'.
Once you have added the custom message, your customers see it when they create new tickets pre or post login as shown below.
