When a new ticket is created in Support center, a success message is shown in the support center as shown below:
If you wanted to show a different message instead of the default one like above, you can do it by going to Main Menu > Support Center > Look & Feel > New Ticket > Custom Message after Ticket Creation.
Note: Ensure the right brand is selected from Main Menu > Support Center
Enter the custom message as shown in the below example
Once you have added the custom message, your customers see it when they create new tickets pre or post login as shown below.
