The Ticket Distribution section in the Reports page, shows the number of tickets based on four criteria - Status, Priority, Assignee and Category. This information is viewable as pie charts.
Sometimes when there are many values under each distribution, an additional value called "Others" will appear. The pie chart can have a maximum of upto 10 values. If there are more than 10 values, the 10th value and the preceding after will be split under Others. Meaning - nine individual values, and the remaining all together under Others.
Let's say you have tickets distributed by assignee.
The top 9 assignees with the highest tickets assigned to them will be individually distributed in a descending order(highest first). The rest of the assignees who have tickets lesser than the 9th assignee, will all be clubbed together under Others.
