Currently through Tabular view report export, you can export all the ticket information including the client's initial message and subject of the email. However, please note that you will not be able to export the staff/client replies that are updated after the initial message and private notes of a ticket.
In case you need all the information along the staff/client replies, it is possible through our API - http://www.happyfox.com/developers/api/1.1/
Note : We take regular backups on a daily basis for all our HappyFox accounts that can only be used for restoration purposes(if needed) and not as a export of the data in your account.
