Agent Activity Log gives admins and managers a place to audit what Autopilot reviewed, suggested, completed, skipped, or failed.
What the log shows
It is most useful when you need to audit AI-driven updates, troubleshoot unexpected results, or confirm a new AI Agent is running.
Activity records can include:
- The related ticket or record.
- The AI Agent that performed or suggested the action.
- The action type, such as a note, tag, status change, field update, or created ticket.
- The execution status.
- The completed time when the activity finished.
How to use it
- Open Autopilot > Agent Activity Log.
- Filter by status, date range, or AI Agent when available.
- Review failed, pending, cancelled, Waiting for Approval, or No Action Taken activity before changing configuration.
- Open the related ticket when you need to inspect the exact customer context.
The activity log is for review and auditing. Approvals for Supervised Mode suggestions are handled from the ticket.
For a practical review cadence, monitor AI Agents during the first week after deployment.
