Custom request status helps teams track whether a requested AI Agent needs more detail, review, or follow-up.

Before you start

Check Autopilot > Home first. A marketplace AI Agent is usually faster to deploy when it already matches the support task.

Review request status

  1. Open Autopilot > Requested Agents.
  2. Find the custom AI Agent request you want to review.
  3. Review the request name, description, and current status.
  4. Open the request details if you need to confirm what was submitted.
  5. Update your team on whether the request needs more detail or is ready for follow-up.

What happens next

Your team can see where the custom AI Agent request stands and whether any follow-up is needed.

Use the request details to decide whether to wait, add more context, or use a marketplace AI Agent instead.
