Request a custom AI Agent when the marketplace does not include an AI Agent for the capability your team needs.

Before you start

Check Autopilot > Home first. A marketplace AI Agent is usually faster to deploy when it already matches the support task.

Submit the request

  1. Open Autopilot > Requested Agents.
  2. Select the option to request a custom AI Agent.
  3. Describe what the AI Agent should do, its required inputs, expected output, and success criteria.
  4. Include relevant categories, fields, policies, integrations, and ticket examples.
  5. Submit the request and return to Requested Agents to review status.

What happens next

Your team has a tracked custom AI Agent request with enough context for review.

Review request status from Requested Agents after submitting it.
