Alert windows decide how early Autopilot creates asset follow-up tickets, and the ticket contact controls who appears on those tickets.
Before you start
Confirm the asset type and asset date field are ready. Then decide how much lead time your team needs before a warranty, expiry, or maintenance date.
Choose the alert window
- Open the asset AI Agent setup or configuration page.
- Find the alert window field.
- Enter the number of days before the asset date when Autopilot should create a ticket.
- Choose a shorter window for routine reminders and a longer window for renewals or work that needs planning.
- Confirm the selected date field contains upcoming dates that fall within the window you expect.
Choose ticket creation details
- Enter the contact email Autopilot should use on created tickets.
- Choose the ticket category where alert tickets should be created.
- Confirm the category is monitored by the team responsible for follow-up.
- Save or deploy the AI Agent after checking all values.
What happens next
