Some scheduled AI Agents create follow-up tickets from assets or knowledge base checks instead of suggesting changes on an active customer ticket.
Why the mode field may be missing
Supervised Mode is useful when a support agent should approve a suggested ticket action before it is applied. Scheduled asset and knowledge base AI Agents run from records or scheduled checks, then create alert or follow-up tickets when the configured condition is met.
Because the AI Agent creates a new ticket instead of suggesting an update on an existing ticket, the setup may not show Supervised Mode.
What to review instead
- The asset type or knowledge base source the AI Agent checks.
- The date field or link-check condition.
- The alert window.
- The contact email for created tickets.
- The ticket category where Autopilot creates follow-up tickets.
