When your team repeatedly reviews the same ticket details, applies the same updates, or monitors the same conditions, HappyFox Autopilot can take on parts of that work with prebuilt AI Agents.
Depending on the AI Agent you choose, Autopilot can classify or update tickets, add notes or tags, create follow-up tickets, evaluate customer signals, or monitor assets and knowledge base articles. Your team chooses where each AI Agent operates and how much human review happens before its work is applied.
Who can set up AI Agents
Account admins can hire and manage AI Agents by default. Other staff roles need the Autopilot permission enabled under Manage > Roles & Permissions.
Support agents who review Supervised Mode suggestions also need permission to reply to the relevant tickets.
Find an AI Agent for your task
Open the HappyFox Help Desk staff app and select Autopilot from the left sidebar. The Home page opens with search, featured AI Agents, and the available marketplace catalog.
Start with the support task your team wants to improve. Search by the task or browse Recommended for you, Collections, or By Industry when you need help narrowing the catalog.
Open an AI Agent to review what it does, the information it needs, and the type of action it performs before selecting Hire Agent.
Choose where and how the AI Agent operates
During setup, choose the ticket categories where the AI Agent should operate. Depending on the AI Agent, you may also need to select tags, statuses, custom fields, connected app data, asset fields, or other task-specific settings.
When Supervised Mode is available, use it when the AI Agent is new or its actions need review. The AI Agent suggests work on matching tickets, and a support agent with reply permissions can apply or cancel the suggestion from the ticket.
Use Autopilot Mode after your team has reviewed enough activity to trust the AI Agent's configuration and selected categories. In this mode, matching actions are applied automatically and remain visible in the activity history.
