Autopilot is organized around finding AI Agents, hiring them, managing deployed AI Agents, reviewing activity, and tracking usage.
Main areas
- Home: Browse marketplace AI Agents and start from the support task you want to improve.
- Recommended for you: Review AI Agents that may fit your account or recent usage.
- Hired Agents: Manage AI Agents that are already configured for your Help Desk account.
- Requested Agents: Track custom AI Agent requests when the marketplace does not cover a support task.
- Credits & Usage: Review balance, usage, and top-up history.
- Agent Activity Log: Review what Autopilot did and whether each activity completed, failed, was cancelled, or needs attention.
How they work together
Start in Home or Recommended for you to find an AI Agent. After hiring it, use Hired Agents to manage configuration and Agent Activity Log to review results. Use Credits & Usage when you need to understand account consumption.
How AI Agents run
AI Agents are built around a simple flow: a ticket or record event triggers the AI Agent, the AI Agent evaluates the available context, and Autopilot applies or suggests the configured action. Actions can include adding private notes, applying tags, changing statuses or priorities, updating custom fields, or creating follow-up work.
If multiple AI Agents are configured for the same category, each AI Agent evaluates matching work independently. Execution order is not guaranteed, but completed work is recorded in the ticket timeline or activity history.
