- Use collections, skill, industry, or integration filters to narrow the marketplace.
- Review the AI Agent card for name, description, skill tags, skill-level indicator, and Hire Agent action.
- Open an AI Agent and confirm the setup fields match the data and support task your team already uses.
Some AI Agents can be assigned to multiple categories. Others are better hired as separate instances so each support task can have its own categories, mode, and setup.
