Satisfaction Survey report enables you to view all of the statistics related to Survey Feedbacks in your helpdesk. With a quick glance, you can identify how many Survey Reports you have received, who are the Users who gave the Feedback and the details of the agents who received the Feedback.

How to Set up Satisfaction Survey Reports?
- Choose the desired Categories for which you want the statistics to be based upon.
- Define the time period for the report. Survey statistics will populate based on the corresponding tickets created during this time period.
There is also the option to apply Filters, based on which you should be able to pull out Satisfaction Report statistics. As a quick example, if you want to pull out the Survey Details for a specific Assignee, you can add it as a New Filter.
