Team Level - Problem Permissions

View and Create Problems

  1. Create Problem tickets in Associated Teams.
  2. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's Problem tickets in a Team.
  3. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's Problem tickets in an assignment group.
  4. Create Problem tickets in unassociated assignment groups in a Team.

 

Problem Properties

  1. Update Problem Ticket Properties.
    • This permissions is required to update problem properties, custom fields, etc.
  2. Move Problem tickets to unassociated assignment groups.
  3. Move Problem tickets to an unassociated team.
  4. Move Problem tickets within associated Assignment Groups and Teams.

 

Delete Problem Properties

  1. Delete Problem Tickets
  2. Delete attachments in a Problem ticket
  3. Remove Tags from a Problem Ticket
