Team level Permissions for Release

View and Create Releases

1. Create Releases in Associated Teams.
2. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's Releases in a Team.
3. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's Releases in an assignment group.
4. Create Releases in unassociated assignment groups in a Team.

Release Properties

1. Update Releases Properties.
2. Move Releases to unassociated assignment groups.
3. Move Releases to an unassociated team.
4. Move Releases within associated Assignment Groups and Teams.

Delete Release Properties

1. Delete Releases.
2. Remove Attachments in a Releases.
3. Remove Tags from a Releases.
