View and Create Incidents

  1. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's incidents in a Team
  2. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's incidents in an assignment group
  3. Create incidents in unassociated assignment groups in a Team

Incident Properties

  1. Assign Incidents
  2. Reassign an assigned incident
  3. Set incidents to completed behavior
  4. Change requester for an incident
  5. Edit Asset Info in an Incident
  6. Move incidents to unassociated assignment groups
  7. Move Incidents to an unassociated team
  8. Move Incidents within associated Assignment Groups and Teams

Delete Incident Properties

  1. Delete Incidents
  2. Delete attachments in an incident

Incident Replies

  1. Reply to incidents via agent panel
