  1. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's service requests in a Team

  2. Access unassigned or assigned to other agent's service requests in an assignment groups

Service Request Properties

  1. Assign Service Requests
  2. Reassign an assigned service request
  3. Set requests to completed behavior
  4. Change requester for a service request
  5. Edit Asset Info in a service request
  6. Move service requests to unassociated assignment groups in a team
  7. Move service requests to unassociated team
  8. Move Service Requests within associated Assignment Groups and Teams

Delete Service Request Properties

  1. Delete service request
  2. Delete attachments in a service request

Service Request Replies

  1. Reply to service requests via agent panel
