The End Conversation action can be used to end the chat conversation after a Bot Message, Answer, or Guide. In the chatbot widget, if you end the conversation using this action, the bot restarts the conversation for the chatbot visitor.
Configuring End Conversation action
After a message, a Guide, or an Answer, if you’d like to end the conversation, follow the steps below -
- Login to your bot builder
- Navigate to Bots on the left tab and choose the bot where you want to configure the action
- Go to the required point on the chatbot flow where the action needs to be added
- Click on +
- Choose End Conversation
- Save the action
- Save & Publish the chatbot
Test the Chatbot
Click on the button Test to open a new tab with your published bot.
