Customizing your chatbot helps you speak about your brand through virtual assistants. To change the look and feel of your bot as per your needs, follow these steps.

Login to your bot builder

Navigate to Settings

Choose the Appearance tab

Here are what each of the settings means

Display Name - This is the name of your bot that shows on the colored header of the chat widget

Icon/Logo - You can upload a picture of your company logo or a virtual assistant. This replaces the blue fox icon on the widget

Brand Color - This changes the color of the header and the user input box the message box. This replaces the blue-colored text box

Text Color - You can change the color of your text to match the brand's color. You can either choose a dark text or a light one to make the text more visible

Click Save after updating the Appearance Settings.
